Repairs, Read on the Same Board
A repair isn't just a fix — it's a chance for a shaft to quietly end up somewhere different on the bend profile than it started. Every repair that touches the shaft or the head gets re-read on the board before it leaves the bay.
What We Handle
Loose or cracked ferrules, hosel damage from a hard mishit, worn grooves on irons and wedges (checked against the conforming groove spec before any work starts), and full re-shafts on clubs you already own.
Lie and loft bending is done in half-degree steps and re-measured after each pass, not eyeballed against a bending machine's printed scale.
Turnaround
Regripping and simple ferrule work is usually same-day if you drop off before 2pm. A re-shaft or a bent-and-re-read repair typically takes two to three business days, since the shaft goes back on the deflection board before the club is handed back.
Bring It In
Drop-off repairs don't need an appointment for simple work — walk in during bay hours. A re-shaft is worth calling ahead for so we can pull the right blank stock.
